I recently noticed an excellent site specifically geared towards women’s health issues. The cite is Medline Plus from the National Institute of Health, a governmental site.
The site has an enormous amount of information on different womens health topics. For example C-sections are addressed, including whether they are necessary or not. Sometimes medical negligence occurs when the doctor performs the procedure and it was not medically necessary. A C-section is major surgery and all the risks of surgery apply including hemorrhaging.
